audience, choosing measurements is always difficult. Here are a
choice of conversion tables to translate grams to ounces and both
to cups and back again meaning all recipes can be measured in the
way you prefer.

This one is my favourite. It is easy to use and just seems to have
the conversions I need without having to do any complicated arithmetic
myself!

This site goes into the principles of conversion and gives advice
on how to do it. You might need to read it twice.
Cups
to Ounces
This British site clearly tells you how to convert American cups
and spoons to pounds and ounces and grams. Americans can use it
to convert the other way. This one is easy to use and understand.
Mega
Converter
I'm not certain that this Converter is very useful for recipes but
it is a lot of fun. You can convert almost any weights or measures
with this. Take a look.
