An impressive idea, to change and broaden the use of chocolate. When sweet and savoury flavours are mixed, we get a whole different idea about the use of chocolate in cooking. Why not try this out for your next dinner party. I wonder which wine, red or white would compliment this dish. Ingredients Method 2. When melted and mixed, serve over cooked slices of fillet steak, rare, medium or well done according to your individual taste. 3. To decorate add dabs of cream and fresh chopped chives. 4.
