Bones
Method 2. Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff. 3. Whisk in half the sugar then fold in the remaining sugar. 4. Put a sheet of silicone or other non-stick paper onto a baking sheet. 5. Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe bone shapes onto the silicon paper. 6. Bake for about 90 minutes to 2 hours until they are dry. 7. Allow them to cool and then lightly dust with a little cocoa powder to give them an aged effect. Spooky
Eyeballs Ingredients Method 2. Add the icing sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly. 3. Roll the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and then put them on silicon or other non-stick paper on a flat plate or tray. Cool in the refrigerator. 4. Melt the white chocolate (see techniques). 5. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate (use a toothpick or a similar thin stick) but leave a small section on top uncovered to make them look like eyeballs. 6. Cool again on non-stick paper. If you are feeling artistic, you could use a little pink food colouring and a very fine artist's brush to draw veins on the "whites" of the eyes and a tiny circle of dark chocolate to make the pupil in the centre of the uncovered part of the "eyeball" Orange
Jack O' Lanterns Method 2. Remove the fruit pulp from both the large part of the orange and the small 'lid' you have just cut off. 3. Cut out eyes and mouth from each orange to make a traditional Jack O' Lantern face. 4. Now fill the orange shells with chocolate ice cream. Don't overfill because you don't want the icecream coming out of the eyes or mouth. 5. Replace the 'lids' that you cut off originally. 6. Put in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours or until needed.
