Ingredients Method 2. Preheat the oven to 375 deg F. 3. Cream the sugar and butter together until pale and creamy. 4. Add eggs, syrup, salt, brandy and vanilla. Mix well. 5. Put the chopped pecan nuts and chocolate chips in the bottom of pie shell then put the filling on top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
